Обязанности:
In Lotte Hotel Saint-Petersburg I work as a waitress in Room Service and Banqueting. My responsibilities are order taking with sequences of LQA Standards, controlling the set-up of the table with ordered dishes, delivery of the order to the guest rooms, delivery of amenities and compliments to the guest rooms, keeping the cleanliness at working place, informing guests about services which hotel can provide, cleverly solving guest's problems during their stay. As for the Banqueting service, helped at setting-up the banquet halls, (conferences, coffee-breaks, exhibitions, cocktail-parties etc.) serving guests during banquets, working at the bar during the events etc. During my work learned and mastered LQA standards, increased my stress resistance and become more responsible, learned a lot of features of working in 5 star hotel, which gave me an opportunity to improve my skills as a waiter and now I learned how to provide high quality service to the guests.
